Biomimetics Project

Here are my two boards for my Biomimetics project, that show the renders previously posted in context.

Backpack Renders

For my latest project, I've designed a backpack that can be used as a laptop bag but also as a normal soft-shell bag via a squeeze to a reservoir full of gel. Here are two renders, one showing the bag with the protective pads full and reservoir empty and vice versa.

Photoshop Renders

Here are three of my favourite examples of my Photoshop renders. 
They start off with sketches, with a bit of marker pen applied, except for the BMW. I then layer up body colour, shadows and highlights.

These sketches were my first major introduction to marker pens.
Learning how to blend them and create neat lines.
The Jaguar concept I later put into Photoshop which can be seen above.

Mercedes Benz Luxury Yacht Concept

A project carried out in my first year of university with three other members of my class.
With a brief to create a luxury mode of transportation, we decided to take the Mercedes brand and apply it to the marine market.
Modelled in SolidWorks, rendered in Photoview 360 and Photoshop.
A clay model was also created.

I modelled the 2009 Brawn GP Formula 1 car around Lego bricks using SolidWorks and rendered in Photoview 360. 
The final board was created using Photoshop.
